The wonderful Habitat Premier Prestige Apartments resort is beautifully set in the heart of one of the most well-known ski resorts in Spain, Sierra Nevada. This is the ideal location not only for those in search of a few days of family fun in the snow, but also for ski-lovers who want to enjoy an unforgettable experience in an unbeatable setting. Guests at this magnificent resort will be able to feel its magic from the moment they set foot on it and will be accommodated upon their arrival in one of the three buildings that form this complex: the Habitat Arttyco, the Habitat Maribel Arttyco and the Habitat Arttyfal, the latter being the location where check-ins take place (after kindly placing a ¬250 deposit). Everyone will be pleasantly surprised by the services and facilities found in this Sierra Nevada piece of heaven, and will undoubtedly make the best out of their winter holidays thanks to its excellent location at just a few metres from the nearest ski lifts.
All three establishments that make up this complex opened their doors in 2004, and they cater for the needs of every single one of their clients thanks to the wide variety of apartments that they offer. Accommodation varies from cosy studios to large houses, and guests will be able to choose according to their needs. Studios are ideal for those travelling in couples with the intention of spending most of their time on the ski slopes, but some of the studios on offer have a capacity of up to four people, making them suitable for groups of friends. There are two types of one-bedroom apartments, each one of them with their own lounge and sofa bed, but the first type can accommodate up to four people while the second type, with a quadruple bedroom, is perfect for those travelling in groups of six. Two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms can also be found in these buildings, as well as larger houses designed to comfortably fit eight people. Every one of these apartments comes equipped with central heating, its own bathroom, TV, microwave and kitchenette, ensuring that clients enjoy a warm and comfortable stay.
The main office of the Habitat Sierra Nevada resort can be found at the Habitat Arttyfal building, and this is where clients can easily check in and pick up their keys from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Those who estimate that they will be arriving after office hours are kindly asked to call and notify their time of arrival, so that everything can be adequately fixed for them to collect their keys at the Hotel Montesol Arttyco's reception. A small sum of ¬15 will apply for those who arrive between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. without previous notification, and should they check in after 12 a.m., a payment of ¬25 should be made. For the guests convenience, check out should take place smoothly no later than 11 a.m. at the reception area.
