The Habitat Economy Apartments are ideally located at just 500 metres from the nearest Sierra Nevada ski lifts, and at just ten minutes walking from the emblematic Plaza Pradollano. The Área Nevada complex, inaugurated in 2003, and along with the Varios complex, has a wide variety of apartments to offer its guests so that each one of them finds the right type of accommodation for themselves and their families. They will be able to find a range of studios, designed to comfortably fit from two to four people, as well as numerous apartments that are able to accommodate up to eight people. All of these apartments are equipped with everything that their clients may need in order to enjoy a pleasant stay, and among other things, they will be able to find central heating, bathroom, TV, lounge, kitchenette and microwave. Guests will also be able to contemplate the stunning views of the snowy sierra and resort from the apartments windows.
On their arrival to Habitat Economy Apartments, clients will be able to check in smoothly at the Habitat Arttyfals reception desk, at only a few metres away from the Área Nevada and Varios complexes. Keys should be collected between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., and a deposit of ¬250 should be kindly made (to be returned on clients departure). Those who are planning to arrive later than 8 p.m. are requested to call and notify the complex beforehand so that everything can be arranged for the keys to be picked up at the Hotel Montesol Arttyco. On the other hand, guests who do not call to inform about their delay, will have to pay a sum of ¬15 if arriving between 9 p.m. and 12 p.m, and of ¬25 if doing so after 12 p.m. Check out will take place before 11 p.m. at the Habitat Arttyfals reception so that everything can be carried out efficiently.
